Service to Counselors
Industry Trends Consultation
Information on industry trends for BAC member company and like industries. Designed to give counselors trends to advise participants on career choices.
Internal Referrals
BAC member can assist the counselor in contacting the appropriate person within the members company and can assist the counselor in connecting the participant to the appropriate office or person. May make an internal referral on behalf of the participant at the BAC members discretion.
Soft Skills Evaluation
The BAC member can provide an objective assessment of how a participant presents, BAC member can provide feedback to counselor and participant on the soft skills valued with their companies.
Company Culture Input
BAC member can provide information to the counselor on their company culture and the individual profile of what personality traits would best fit with this company culture.
Job Shadow
BAC member can provide the opportunity for participant to shadow a company employee to get a hands on experience of what a job is really like. BAC member will provide feedback and any assistance to insure the participant understands the responsibilities of a specific job title.
Job Title Qualification Review
BAC member can provide detailed information on what the minimum qualifications would be with their company around specific job titles.
