What Is an Individual Plan for Employment?An Individual Plan for Employment (IPE) is a written agreement between Department of Services for the Blind (DSB) participants of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and their respective VR counselors. It identifies the job goal, lists the necessary steps to attaining that goal, records each party’s decisions and commitments regarding DSB services and activities, and serves as a plan of action.
