Our Seattle office is located in the Columbia City business district of South Seattle (Rainier Valley) at 3411 South Alaska Street.

From I-5 Northbound from SE and SW King county:

• Take Exit #157, or Martin Luther King Way South
• Drive continue North for 4.5 miles
• At the intersection of South Alaska Street and Martin Luther King Way South turn right
• DSB building and parking lot will be on the South side (to your right)

***Alternative driving directions to avoid Light Rail Construction on MLK***

• Use South Dearborn Street exit from I-5 (should be Exit #164 and indicates I-90)
• Travel east to intersect with Rainier Avenue South
• Turn right onto Rainier Ave S and continue driving Southbound (heading away from the Downtown area)
• Travel approximately 3 to 4 miles Southbound on Rainier Ave S. to South Alaska St (Landmark at intersection is Columbia Funeral Home)
• Turn right heading up the hill and look for overhead street crosswalk light; DSB is found on this block
• Turn left to enter our driveway (Landmark is flagpole at North end of property - signage indicates Department of Services for the Blind)

From I-5 Southbound from North King county areas:

• Take Exit #163, and use ramp to the left “South Columbian” Way/15th Avenue
• Merge on to S. Columbian Way
• Head up hill to the second stoplight
• At the light, merge to the right into 15th Avenue South; watch for signs
• Follow 15th Avenue South, southbound, to the next intersection, stay in the left lane
• At intersection, merge back into South Columbian Way
• Continue to next intersection at Beacon Avenue South and down the winding hill
• At the stoplight at Martin Luther King Way South, drive through the intersection, and you are now on South Alaska Street. 
• DSB is about 2 blocks from the stoplight on the right

From I-90 across Lake Washington:

• Take the second exit marked Rainier Avenue South
• Travel south on Rainier heading away from downtown Seattle
• Drive 2.5 miles along Rainier Ave S to the intersection of South Alaska Street and Rainier Avenue South
• Turn right and proceed up the hill on Alaska Street
• Drive 1 block (look for 35th Street); DSB parking lot will be just past 35th Street
• Turn left into parking lot
