Employee Assessment

The employee assessment consists of determining what essential functions must be performed by the employee, how they must be performed, the employee's ability to perform the essential functions with or with accommodations, and what reasonable accommodations can be made to adapt the work environment (computer, software programs, lighting, etc.) to enable the employee to perform the essential functions.
