The Orientation and Training Center (OTC), located in Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood, provides comprehensive and intensive training in the adaptive skills of blindness to adults who are:
- Interested in employment
- Not interested in employment and under age 55
The OTC develops the whole person through a highly-interactive facility and program. Students explore a world of recreation, community involvement and volunteerism with the purpose of grounding them in adaptive skills.
