On June 26, 2010, Su Park, a high-school sophomore and DSB customer from Federal Way will participate in the National Braille Challenge finals at the Braille Institute, Los Angeles! Su competed in January to earn a top spot. The Braille Challenge, a competition for students who read and write Braille from grades 1 through 12, has five categories—Apprentice, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Varsity and Varsity. Su will compete with 11 other sophomores in Los Angeles for the honor of 2010 National Braille Champion.
