Washington State’s Department of Services for the Blind (DSB) works with both businesses and non-profit organizations to create dynamic partnerships that fulfill our mission--Inclusion, Independence, and Economic Vitality for People with Visual Disabilities.

As a premier resource on blindness and low vision, we can:

• Help hire and retain employees with visual disabilities. 
• Refer pre-screened applicants to your vacant positions.
• Conduct workplace training on blindness and etiquette.
• Provide interns or volunteers to work for little or no-cost to you.
